All defective items MUST be returned to the manufacturer of the item,

All returns to Klawndykes. are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

the manufacturer or Klawndykes. before you place an order.
Sale items
"Hot Deals", "Sale", "Blowout", "Blow-out", "Blow out", and Garage
sale items are not returnable. Also, any item sold for less than the
retail price is not returnable.
Include receipt
All returns or exchanges must include proof of purchase.
No exchange or return
Only un-opened parts can be exchanged or returned within
14 days of the purchase. There will be no return on any electrical
item (anything that contains any type of wire or battery)
Claims must be prompt
Inspect your merchandise immediately upon recipe. Notify us of
any shortages or discrepancies in your order within 2 working days
of receipt. No claims after that.
Shipping fees are not refundable
